Terms of Service

These terms apply to MyFollowers.ai, operated by Vélo Club AS (Norway). By creating an account you accept them. Contact: hello@myfollowers.ai.

The service

MyFollowers.ai lets creators build and share a media kit with statistics documented from their own social media accounts, either from screenshots you upload or from accounts you connect. We provide the tool; the numbers, prices and claims in your media kit are yours.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and use your own e-mail address. You are responsible for what is published under your account and for keeping login codes to yourself. One account per person.

Acceptable use

• Only upload screenshots from, and connect, accounts you own or are explicitly authorised to represent.
• Do not upload edited, fabricated or misleading statistics. We run integrity checks and may remove content or close accounts that fail them.
• Do not use the service to scrape, resell or mass-collect data about other people.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.

Connected accounts

Connecting Instagram or TikTok is optional and read-only. You can disconnect at any time. Use of platform data is also subject to the platforms' own terms, and we may stop fetching data if a platform requires it. See the privacy policy for what we fetch and store.

Your content

You keep all rights to your profile, images and numbers. You give us a licence to store, process and display them to provide the service, including showing your published media kit to people you share it with. You can unpublish or delete at any time.

Prices and payment

The service is free during launch. If paid plans are introduced, the price is shown before you pay, existing media kits keep working, and you can cancel a subscription at the end of the paid period.

Availability and liability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. The service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost deals, indirect loss or the accuracy of numbers read from screenshots or fetched from platforms; you approve every number before it is published. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by e-mail or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Norwegian law applies, with Oslo District Court as venue unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
